Hello, is it possible for the saline to be pop when it is already inserted in the breast for many years? If so, will this be safely removed?

I hate fake tities but silicone is fun to mess around with.Theres nothing wrong with having little breast. This aint the 90s anymore ladies.Only old pervs are attracted to fake ass balloon titties.Go natural and develop some self esteem.

Overall a good video except that the cuts made to the old style and to the modern style silicone implants were made totally different. I would have liked to see a small cut and then pulling both halves apart to see what happens.You mention that you believe the new cohesive silicon-base implant to be safe, but I would like to hear about statistics of ruptures per thousand implants, and known problems and consequences when ruptured and not removed in the short, mid and long terms.

@prettywomanluvrin It's kinda weird lol. Saline is safer but Silicone looks and feels more natural. If a Saline implant breaks you'll be able to tell because your boob will deflate like a balloon lol. And if the implants breaks its not that dangerous since Saline is only salt water. If a Silicone implant breaks your most likely not going to notice. And I heard the Silicone can migrate into your lungs to.
